Josh fell in love with construction when he was a little boy and would assist his father on job sites. He started Kimball Family Builders in 2017 with one thing in mind, family. Josh takes pride in his company and you can always find him on the job site. He oversees every project to ensure the Kimball Family Builders 3 C Promise (communication, craftsmanship, cleanliness) is being met.

"We bought a new house that needed a decent amount of work. We had Kimball Family Builders come in to do some extensive work that started with the first floor. We had them move a light {electrical work} from in front of our door to the middle of the room for a new ceiling fan and also had a wall taken out to make the floor more open concept along with having them pull up the carpet and install new wood laminate flooring throughout the entire first floor. By the time it was done, it looked great. Couldn't even tell that there used to be a wall where they had taken it out and the floor looked terrific. Because of that experience, we decided to also use them to finish our basement. That also has turned out terrific. From the framing, to the drywall, to the recessed lighting, to the duct work, all of it was done with the utmost professionalism. So now instead of a concrete basement, we have a beautiful rec room and a playroom for our grandkids. We also had them replace and update all the banisters to our stairwells so that they all matched from the new ones going down into the basement all the way to the upstairs.Then they also painted our upstairs and put in new carpeting.The company is very reasonable as far as pricing and the work is always done perfectly. Not to mention they always made sure to clean up their messes and not track dirt and dust throughout the house. We had a wonderful experience with Kimball Family Builders and would recommend them to anybody."
